How a visit works

A clear path from reservation to play

Tell us your preferred experience, group size and time window. We reply with available rooms, expected session length and what to wear for free movement. After you confirm, you receive arrival notes for Queen Street, check-in timing and a short list of titles ready in your room. Changes can be requested through the same reservation form before your slot begins.
